Vimovo Modified-Release Tablets combines two active ingredients—naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI)—in a single tablet to help manage pain and inflammation while protecting the stomach.

The modified-release formulation delivers esomeprazole first to reduce stomach acid, followed by delayed-release naproxen to provide effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic relief. This design helps lower the risk of NSAID-associated stomach ulcers and irritation.

We can offer Vimovo treatment short term for adults with chronic inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, particularly where long-term NSAID therapy is needed and there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal complications.
