By using this website (www.eshoppharmacy.co.uk), our services including ordering medicines and treatment from us (Everything Medical Ltd t/a E Shop Pharmacy), you agree to these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy are an agreement between you and us. Before proceeding with an order, you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.

Where we make reference to “you” or ‘’your’’ we mean the user accessing this website and the person who subsequently places an order with us.

We do not operate an NHS contract therefore we are only able to offer private pharmacy prescription services. Our prescriptions are issued by registered Pharmacist Independent Prescribers (Often referred to as IPPs). Our IPPs are all registered with the GPhC and are hired by us to provide prescriptions for orders placed on this website. • This website is written in English. All the online consultation questions are in English and it is your sole responsibility to ensure you understand what is being asked. 3. Agreement

By placing an order or re-order through this website, over the phone or by any other means, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• You must create an account and register to order from us. The personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity.
• You will not register more than one account with us
• You will keep all passwords and account login information private and take all reasonable steps not to disclose or share with anyone else
• You will provide your usual residential home address in the UK as this must be provided to issue a prescription. You can still ship your order to a different address if you prefer.
• It is your responsibility that you understand the questions being asked in the online consultations. If you are in any doubt about the questions being asked, you can contact us for clarification
• You are completing the online consultation for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else
• The answers you provide in the online consultations is trueful, accurate and to the best of your knowledge as any incorrect information you provide us may be detrimental to your health.
• We will not be responsible for any treatment provided based on any false or incomplete details or answers you provide to us about your health
• Any pharmacy only and prescription only treatment will be subject to approval by the Pharmacist and or IPPs/Doctors. It will be the Pharmacist and or IPPs/Doctors sole discretion whether they feel it appropriate to issue your prescription/order and you agree to any decision by the Pharmacist and/or IPP.
• You will always read the patient information leaflet and contact a medical professional if you have any questions or experience any side effects
• It is advised that you should inform your regular GP of the medication or treatment you may receive from us so they can update your medical record so that it is accurate
• You will check the medicines that have been provided by us and contact us if there is any dispensing error
• You will use the medication as directed by the prescriber
• Any treatment provided to you is for your own sole use and you will not sell, distribute, or share with anyone else.
• You will not stockpile any medicines provided by us and you will not use any medicines that are past their expiry date
• As part of our regulations as a registered Pharmacy, we must verify your identity and date of birth. You agree that we can pass on your information to credit reference agencies to undertake a soft search to help us comply with this regulation. Please note this will not affect your ability to obtain credit and will not affect your credit score in anyway
• You are happy to be treated by the healthcare professionals at E Shop Pharmacy
• We may use the information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Pricing and Payments

• We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. You must be the cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission when paying for goods and services through our website or over the phone
• You are responsible for ensuring you enter valid payment details on our website or over the phone. We reserve the right not to dispatch your order to you in the event of a failed payment or where we suspect a fraudulent transaction. We will always try to contact you to resolve any payment issues and keep your order on hold pending payment. We may cancel your order after a reasonable amount of time determined by us and an administration charge may apply
• We list all prices on our website in British Pound Sterling / GBP (£). All our prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We endeavour that all our prices are accurate and up to date but if there is a pricing error, and you are charged more, we will refund the difference to you by the payment method originally provided; and if you are charged less, we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment or reserve the right to cancel your order.
• In the event we refund any monies to you, this may take up to 3-5 working days to process

Orders and Delivery

• You may order through our website or alternatively you can call us to place your order over the phone. You will receive an order number as confirmation your order has been received with us
• All orders must be approved by the Pharmacist/Doctor/IPPs/Prescriber. For prescription only medicines a prescriptions can only be accepted by our prescribers. We are not able to accept prescriptions from third party prescribers.
• It will be the sole decision of our Pharmacist/Doctor/IPPs/Prescriber (Herein “They/Healthcare team”), if when reviewing your medical questionnaire, they decide the medication is not suitable for you. In this circumstance they will contact you to either request more information, offer an alternative treatment or solution, or reject your order. If they reject your order, we will refund in full your order amount.
• All orders placed before 3pm on a Monday to Friday will usually be processed and dispatched the same day providing your order is approved by our healthcare team and they do not need any further information. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.
• Most of our orders will be sent by Royal Mail, however we reserve the right to use other couriers from time to time. This will not effect the cost of any delivery charges you may have paid.
• Orders will be dispatched depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Our “Standard Free 1st Class Delivery" will be sent by First Class post which usually arrives next working day, however it may take up 3-4 working days. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, we may raise an investigation on your behalf with the courier. You may pay additionally for a delivery charge for either the “Guaranteed Next Day Delivery” and “Post Office Collection”. Both are guaranteed to be delivered next working day and usually from 1pm. If you have not received, you order after the second working day please contact us and we raise an investigation with the courier.
• The exception to this is for Emergency Contraceptive Treatment or Morning After Pill which will be sent by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or Post Office Collection which is included in the price of the medication
• We will not take responsibility for any delays caused by couriers in delivering your order
• In the event of lost or missing orders, we may resend your order providing we are satisfied a full investigation has been formalised by ourselves and the courier and you have not received your order. If we resend your order and the original order is received, you agree to inform us so we can arrange the return of either order.
• It is your responsibility to sign for receipt of your order and any thir-party signature at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of delivery.
• You have the right to cancel your order and get a full refund if your medication has not left our Pharmacy.
• Once your medication has left our Pharmacy, you are not able to get a refund as the medication can not be reused

Circumstances when we may cancel your order and refund you any monies paid to us minus an administration fee of £5:

• We suspect you have provided false and misleading information to us and or on the online consultation
• You are ordering on behalf of or impersonating someone else
• When we cannot verify you as part of our regulations (Name and Date of Birth). In this circumstance we will contact you and ask you to provide ID verification documents. If we do not hear back from you within seven business days or we still are unable to verify you after multiple attempts, we may cancel your order
• When our healthcare team have requested additional information from you to ensure the treatment you have requested is suitable and you do not respond within seven business days

4. Disclaimer

• These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be terms and conditions decided only by the English courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
• You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
• If you breach these terms and conditions and we ignore it, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we hereby exclude liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to our services, information and materials given by us including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages. The foregoing will apply whether such claims, loss or damages arise in tort, contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. When we make an update, we will state the date these terms and conditions were updated in “Last updated date” below and any changes will apply to use on and after such date. It is your responsibility to check for any changes. By continuing to use this website, our services including ordering medicines and treatment from us, you agree to any changes to the terms and conditions.
• We also reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the website or its contents; and disable any user identification code or password we have provided to you, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
