Delivery
No Minimum Order
There is no minimum order value and all orders are sent in discreet non-branded and plain packaging.

Order before 3pm between Monday and Friday and if approved, your order will be sent out the same day

Delivery FAQs
How long does eshoppharmacy.co.uk take to dispatch my order?
Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays and 10am on Saturday will usually be sent out the same day depending on stock availability and subject to approval by the Prescriber/Pharmacist. (Orders placed on Monday are usually sent out the next day)
If you want your order sent out from our Pharmacy on a specific day please contact us and we will be happy to help accommodate this.
*All Prescription and Pharmacy Only medication MUST be approved by our Pharmacist and/or Prescriber before being dispatched. Our prescribers aim to review all orders the same day if placed before the cut-off time but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after this time will be reviewed the next working day. Our Prescribers or Pharmacist will contact you by telephone or email if they have any additional questions, so please make sure you check your emails.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
We can dispatch your order to any address in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. You can also send your order to a local Post Office/Shop for collection. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver items to a non-UK address.
Can I send my order to a care-of address?
As part of our regulations, we verify your identity through electoral roll records to confirm you are who you say you are. We MUST have your registered home address on any prescription and/or billing address and your order must be sent in the name of the patient. You must create an account in the name of the patient.
What is your cancellations Policy
You have the right to cancel your order and get a full refund up to the point when your medication or test kit has left our Pharmacy and been dispatched. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has left our Pharmacy
Unfortunately, you are not able to return any medication that has left our Pharmacy as it is medication and cannot be reused. You may return any unused medication we have dispensed free of charge for it to be destroyed appropriately. You may return a test kit within 30 days and get a refund minus the cost of the test kit of £7 as this can not be reused. You can not get a refund if the test kit has been received by the lab.
